(MD) No. 3585 of 2022 on the file of this Hon`ble Court directing each of the petitoners to appear before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate in the evening until further orders. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.CHRISTOPHER, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.

3585/2022, dated 28.02.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is a law student, studying in Law College, at Theni District. Hence, he seeks modification of the condition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

CRL MP(MD) No.4022 of 2022 3.Considering the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police for the remaining period daily at 06.00 pm. All other conditions shall remain unaltered. 4.The petition is ordered accordingly.
