This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 4 not to harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry and making the petitioner wait in the office of the fourth respondent in odd hours, other than the due process of law and not to interfere with the family dispute.
2.According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the complaint preferred by the de-facto complainant has been inquired into and the same has been closed. A copy of the closure report has also been filed before this Court.
3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
