2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the respondent police completed investigation in Crime No. 1119 of 2015 and also filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Dindigul and the same has been taken cognizance in CC No.143 of 2020.
