ORDER

This Criminal Original petition is filed for issuing a direction to the first respondent to instruct the second respondent to file final report/charge sheet in Crime No.76 of 2017, dated 23.07.2017 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that final report was already filed on 30.09.2017 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam and the same is yet https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to be taken on file.

4. Recording the said statement, the Criminal Original petition is closed with a direction to the second respondent to see that the Charge Sheet is taken on file within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
