Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition (a) in the order 15/2/2022 made in Crl.OP(MD)No.1294/2022 on the file of this Honble Court directing each of the petitioners to deposit Rs.5000/- each within two weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the order, by reducing the deposit amount considerably as this Hon'ble Court deems expedient and that of condition DO THROUGH directing the petitioners 1 & 2 to appear before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate in the evening until further orders.

CRL MP(MD) No.4030 of 2022 These Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed to modify the condition directing the petitioners to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- each to the credit of Crime No.773 of 2021, before the trial Court and extension of time to surrender of the petitioners before the concerned Magistrate as ordered by this Court in Crl.O.P. (MD)No.1294 of 2022 dated 15.02.2022.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are the college students and they are not in a position to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- each as directed by this Court. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that he has no objection.
4.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Court is inclined to modify the condition and the petitioners are directed to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- jointly to the credit of Crime No.773 of 2021, before the trial Court and time is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and the other conditions shall stand remained unaltered. sd/- 01/04/2022 / TRUE COPY / / /2022 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
