This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register the Case based on the complaint dated 07.02.2018, given by the petitioner.

2.Today, when the case was called, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner's complaint has been enquired by the respondent police and the same has been closed as "false complaint". He further submitted that the petitioner has already filed a suit before the civil Court and the same is also pending.
