ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent to sanction pension including terminal benefits to the petitioner, by considering his representations seeking voluntary retirement.
2.Heard both sides. By Consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 3.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner, citing his ill health, has sought voluntary retirement by submission of representation on 29.09.2018, followed by several reminders. Even then, nothing has come forth from the respondent. Hence, praying for necessary direction to the respondent, the petitioner has knocked at the doors of this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submitted that the representation of the petitioner would be considered on merits within the time stipulated by this Court.
5.Under such facts and circumstances of the case, this Court, without going into the merits of the petitioner's case, directs the respondent, to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.09.2018, seeking voluntary retirement and terminal benefits, on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.The writ petition is disposed of, on above terms.
