This petition is filed for issuing a direction to the respondent herein to register the F.I.R. on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 16.11.2017

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the complaint given by the petitioner, an FIR has been registered in Crime No.782 of 2017, for the offences under Sections 447, 294(b) and 506(ii) of IPC, on 21.12.2017.

3. Recording the said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
