ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner and her family members under the guise of enquiry considering the representation given by the petitioner on 01.03.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the complaint has been given by the third respondent to the effect that when she was admitted in the hospital, without her knowledge, the petitioner took the house key, also taken away Rs.1,50,000/- and the utensils of the third respondent. The above said complaint was enquired. During the course of enquiry, this petitoner appeared before the second respondent and stated that she has returned the above said missing articles. But so far the money is concerned, she has stated that no such money was taken by the petitioner.

3. Since there is a allegation to the effect that this petitioner has taken away Rs.1,50,000/- from the house of the third respondent, it is the duty of the petitioner to appear before the second respondent and co2/4

operate with him to complete the enquiry process.

4. Depending upon the outcome of the above said enquiry, the petitioner can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings if any troble arises.

5. With the above said liberty, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
