RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to Modify the condition imposed by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.20321/21 dated 04.03.2022 in respect of appearance of teh petitioners before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am and the condition to pay to sum Rs.5000/- each. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.DEVASENA.S, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.20321 of 2021 dated 04.03.2022 in respect of appearance of the petitioners before the the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. and to pay a sum of Rs.5000/- each.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioners are the daily wagers and they are not in a position to deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/- each as directed by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.4073 of 2022 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that this Court, considering the damages caused, has rightly imposed the said condition.

4.Considering the above, I do not find any reason to reduce the amount fixed by this Court, in its order dated 04.03.2022. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
