Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents. 2.The petitioner has given representation for cancelling the petition mentioned documents. The first respondent shall keep the complaint on pending. Based on the decision to be rendered by the Larger Bench on the scope and applicability of Section 77-A of the Registration Act, 1908, the first respondent shall take a call.

3.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
