O R D E R

The civil revision petition is filed by the decree holder in a suit for partition seeking direction for a speedy disposal of the E.P.No.86 of 2008 in O.S.No.53 of 1977 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Palani.

2.It is reported that this Court has ordered private notice in this revision to the sole respondent. However, it has been returned as 'door locked'.

3.Considering the limited prayer that the petitioner is asking only for a speedy disposal of the E.P.No.86 of 2008, though notice is not served, but intimation is given to the sole respondent, this Court is inclined to direct the District Munsif, Palani to dispose of the E.P.No.86 of 2008 in O.S.No.53 of 1977 on merits and in accordance with law, on or before 30th June 2015.

With the above direction, the civil revision petition is disposed of. No costs.
