ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 379 IPC., in Crime No.29 of 2017, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police.

3. The petitioner was already granted anticipatory bail by this Court. It appears that he could not surrender within the time stipulated by this Court. In such circumstances, the remedy opened to him is to apply for extension of time. But, filing one more anticipatory bail application, that too without mentioning about the previous filing in this petition shows that the petitioner deliberately indulged in suppression of facts. Hence, the petitioner is debarred in filing any more anticipatory bail application with regard to this case again.
