2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for the respondent. 3.The petitioners had signed as witnesses and identified the main accused, who is the real executant. However, the petitioners are having similar cases to their credit. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
