ORDER

This revision case is filed to call for the records and set aside the Judgment dated 29.08.2015 made in M.C.No.43 of 2014 on the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kanyakumari at Nagercoil and allow this revision petition.

2. Both counsels are present today. The revision petitioner and the respondents are also present. The matter was referred to Mediation Centre on 11.11.2016 and the case was settled before the Mediation Centre by way of Mediation Agreement Report, dated 27.02.2017, which is also received by this court.

3. Both parties today jointly filed a compromise memo signed by the parties and their respective counsels stating that the dispute between the parties are settled. The revision petitioner has appeared and produced his Aadhar Card bearing No.975448538046 and the first respondent along with her minor child appeared before this Court and also produced her Aadhar Card bearing No.723506137646 for identification before this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the Mediation Agreement and also the compromise memo filed by both parties before this court, the revision is allowed by setting aside the judgment passed in M.C.No.43 of 2014 by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nagercoil at Kanyakumari District, dated 29.08.2015. Mediation Agreement entered between both parties before the Mediation Centre and the joint compromise memo shall form part of the records. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
