ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 not to harass the petitioners on the alleged complaint given by the defacto complainant viz., the third respondent before the 2nd respondent.

2. On the basis of complaint given by one Mahalakshmi against the petitioners and others, enquiry was undertaken in CSR.No.64 of 2023. Similar complaint given by this petitioner against one Karthikeyan is also enquired in CSR.No.70 of 2023. 3.The grievance of the petitioner is that self interest has been shown by the second respondent herein to enquire his complaint. 4.Perusal of the records shows that a direction was issued to the petitioner to appear before the 2nd respondent and co-operate with him to complete the process of enquiry.

5. It was submitted that this petitioner appeared before the 2nd respondent, now, enquiry is undertaken. The above said two complaints be enquired by the respondents police jointly and the same have to be disposed of within a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Depending upon the out come of the enquiry, if the petitioner is aggrieved he can work out the remedy through appropriate proceedings.

6. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
