This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register the case on the petitioner's complaint, dated 07.11.2017 and proceed with the same as per law, within the time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced a copy of the closure report and submitted that petition enquiry was conducted by the respondent Police and after enquiry, the complaint was closed by the respondent, as the dispute is purely civil in nature. 3.Recording the above said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Civil Court to redress her grievance.
