RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitoner in Cr.M.P.(MD)No.267 of 2020 in Crl.A(MD)No.29 of 2020, dated 31.01.2020 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.AA.JAYARAMACHANDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of V.NEELAKANDAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this court in CRL MP(MD) No.267 of 2020 in CRL A(MD) No.29 of 2020, dated 31.01.2020.

2. Heard both sides. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the condition till date.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner has been complying with the condition scrupulously, the condition imposed by this court in CRL MP(MD) No.2944 of 2020 in CRL A(MD) No.29 of 2020, dated 31.01.2020 is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned court on the first working day of every month https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

CRL MP(MD) No.2944 of 2020 at 10:30am and 5:00pm until further order. This petition is ordered accordingly.
