2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the second petitioner is not complied with the condition. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the second petitioner was arrested in some other case on the file of the Koodalputhur Police Station. Hence, he is not in a position to appear before the Inspector of Police, Town Police Station, Palani. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners is modified to the
