O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent herein not to interfere with the civil rights of the petitioner's property in Survey No.1835/3A which is situated at Thirumalaikeni Melperivu, Kambiliampatti Village, Kattupatti Post, Dindigul East Taluk, Dindigul District.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

3. A status report has been filed by the respondents 1 to 3 denying the allegations made by the petitioner. It is further stated in the status report that the petitioner has not attended the enquiry conducted by the third respondent in Crime No.173 of 2018 registered for the offences under Sections 147, 294(b), 323, 354 and 506(I) IPC.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is ready to co-operate with the enquiry.

5. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pelader, the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the enquiry.

6. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
