It is the case of the petitioner that he is the absolute owner of the lands and building situated in S.No.299/1A16 at Paralipudur village, Natham Taluk, Dindigul District which was acquired by the respondents. compensation amount has not been paid to the petitioner. He has given a representation dated 13.02.2019 which has not been considered by the respondent till date. Hence, he has filed this writ petition seeking for a direction to the respondents to consider his representation dated 13.02.2019.

2. Heard Mr.M.Aarumugam, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Rajarajan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3. This Court is satisfied with the reasons given in the affidavit seeking for the relief sought for in this writ petition.

4. Accordingly, the respondents are directed to consider and dispose of the representation dated 13.02.2019 given by the petitioner after giving sufficient opportunity to the petitioner and to other land owners in that area within a period of eight(08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
