ORDER

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to the respondent to remove the vehicle viz., Maruti CarBaleno Alpha bearing Registration No.TN45BL6331, from the black list.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, there is no representation on the side of the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent on instructions would submit that the request of the petitioner had already been considered and the subject vehicle has been removed from the black list and therefore, the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.

4. Recording the said submission, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
