PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed, under Section 25 of Tamilnadu Buildings (Lease and Rent Control) Act, 1960, to direct the learned Rent Controller-cum-District Munsif, Thanjavur to expeditiously dispose of E.P.No.52 of 2015 pending on its file within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court. For Petitioner : Mr.T.Manoharan For Respondent : Mr.Veera Kathiravan Senior Counsel for Veera Associates COMMON ORDER The C.R.P.(MD)No.1589 of 2014 has been filed by the petitioner against the judgment and decree, dated 03.04.2014 passed in R.C.A.No.1 of 2013 by the Principal Subordinate Judge, Thanjavur by reversing the judgment and decree, dated 06.12.2012 made in R.C.O.P.No.10 of 2008 by the Rent Control-cum-District Munsif Court, Thanjavur for eviction.

2.The respondent filed C.R.P.(MD)No.2502 of 2016 to speedy dispose of the Execution Proceedings in E.P.No.52 of 2015 in R.C.O.P.No.10 of 2008 pending on the file of the Building Lease and Rent Control-cum-District Munsif Court, Thanjavur. The respondent filed another R.C.O.P.No.12 of 2007 before the Rent Controller and District Munsif, Thanjavur for fixation of fair rent.

3.During pendency of the Civil Revision Petitions, the parties have arrived at compromise and settled the matter by way of compromise and joint compromise memo has been filed by both parties.

4.In view of the joint compromise memo filed by both parties, dated 17.02.2017, these Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of. The joint compromise memo shall form part of the order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
