ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction set aside the closure Report dated Nil in petition No.N.Ref.P4/ 236/ DCB/ TUT/2021 dated 02/08/2021 on the file of 2nd respondent police. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was searching job for his son in ship. Under these circumstances the accused persons assured that they will get job for his son and demanded Rs.4,50,000/- and accordingly he paid Rs.5,43,500/- to the accused persons on various dates through bank account, which is situated within the jurisdiction of the second respondent. The second respondent simple closed the complaint on the ground of jurisdiction.

3. Admidtedly it is seen that one of the accused is within the jurisdiction of the respondent and all the money transactions are only with the jurisdiction of the second respondent done by the petitioner.

4. In view of the above, the closure report submitted by the second respondent is set aside and the second respondent is directed to register the First Information Report and thereafter investigate the same on merits and in accordance with law.

5. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
