ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A3 who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 4(1)(aaa), 4(1-A) of TNP Act and section 328 of IPC in Crime No. 72 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution as per the de-facto complainant is that the petitioner was found in illegal possession of 2000 nos of Pondicherry (each containing 180 ml) liquor bottles, hence the case.

3. Heard. Perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report.

4. This is the second application for anticipatory bail. Taking into consideration the huge number of bottles possessed and also the fact that the petitioner is having 10 similar previous cases and also the fact that there is no change in circumstances of the case even after dismissal of the earlier petition, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Hence the petition stands dismissed.
