The petitioner / wife seeks transfer of proceedings in HMOP.No.34 of 2021 on the file of the II Additional Sub Court, Coimbatore to the Sub Court, Oddanchatram, Dindigul District, since she is residing at Oddanchatram.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side.

Considering the convenience of petitioner / wife, the Transfer CMP is allowed and the HMOP.No.34 of 2021 pending on the file of the II Additional Sub Court, Coimbatore is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Sub Court, Oddanchatram, Dindigul District, to be heard and disposed of in accordance with law. The II Additional Sub Court, Coimbatore is directed to transmit the papers to the file of the Sub Court, Oddanchatram, Dindigul District forthwith. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
