This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the fourth respondent to register a case against the fifth respondent, based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, dated 07.11.2017 and also a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to monitor the same.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced a copy of the closure report and submitted that based on the complaint of the petitioner, an enquiry was conducted by the third respondent Police and during enquiry, it came to know that the complaint preferred by the petitioner is a false one and therefore, the said complaint was closed.

3.Recording the above said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. It is open to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the appropriate forum in the manner known to law.
