ORDER
This Criminal Original petition is filed for issuing a direction to the learned Principal District Judge, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil, to complete the trial in S.C.No.133 of 2016, within a time stipulated by this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3.The petitioner is the wife of the deceased and the de-facto complainant who lodged a complaint as against the accused for committing murder of her husband and on the basis of the complaint, a case was registered Crime No.49 of 2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 506(ii) and 302 of Indian Penal Code. Though the case was taken on file in P.R.C.No.77 of 2015 after delay, it is stated that the case was transferred to the file of the learned Principal District Judge, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil and it is pending in S.C.No.133 of 2016.

Considering the nature of crime and the grievance expressed by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to issue the following direction:- "The learned Principal District Judge, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil, is directed to complete the trial and to dispose of the case in S.C.No.133 of 2016 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
5.With the above direction, the Criminal Original petition is allowed.
