ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 1st respondent to furnish certain documents to the petitioner relating to the charges levelled against him. 2.Heard both sides. By Consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 3.The grievance of the petitioner is that the copies of certain documents required by the petitioner, relating to the charge memo issued against him, in order to offer explanation towards the same, have not been provided to him so far and hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

4.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the grievance of the petitioner would be met with on merits.

5.Under such facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the 1st respondent, to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.02.2018, and furnish the copies of the documents to the petitioner, as sought by him, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.The writ petition is disposed of, on above terms. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
