This writ petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to grant permission to conduct the Kabadi competition and to give adequate police protection in District Level Scheduled on 21.04.2018 at 10.00 p.m. to 22.04.2018 at 10.00 p.m. at "K.S.C.Sports Club" at Edaimalaipatti Pudur, Trichy-12 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 17.04.2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner's representation received on 19.04.2018 to conduct the Kabadi Tournament scheduled to be held on 21.04.2018. Without giving sufficient time to consider the representation, the petitioner has filed this writ petition before this Court with the above said prayer. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Perusal of the representation, it is seen that the petitioner made a representation on 19.04.2018 seeking permission

for conducting the Kabadi Tournament scheduled to be held on 21.04.2018 and approached this Court without giving sufficient time to the respondents to consider the representation.
