This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to register the Rectification Deed, dated 06.02.2023 presented by the vendors of the petitioners principals. 2.Today(11.09.2023), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner has circulated a letter dated 28.08.2023 that the issue between parties has already been settled and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition.
