This petition is filed for a direction to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to grant police protection to the petitioner and his family members for cultivating his lands which is situate in Surve Numbers 806(3) 807(2), 807(3), 807(1), 584(2) of Seelathikulam Village, Radhapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District. 2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that though he has sought for a relief of police protection, he confines his prayer only to the effect to consider his representation dated 05.02.2020. 3.The learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] appearing for the respondent police would submit that the enquiry will be conducted in the manner known to law.
