To call for the records from the learned Special Sessions Judge, Madurai for POCSO Act in Special S.C.No.76 of 2017 heard and set aside the conviction for the offences under Section 4 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 dated 16.09.2020 by Trial Court and acquit the Appellant/Accused. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.R.SARAVANAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.AASHA, Government Advocate (Crimal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD) No.4768 of 2021 in Crl.A(MD)No.294 of 2021, dated 22.09.2021.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. He further stated that the petitioner is the coolie worker and the sole bread winner of the family, hence he is unable to comply with the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner is regularly complying with the condition.
4. In the light of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD) No.4768 of 2021 in Crl.A(MD)No.294 of 2021, dated 22.09.2021 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
5. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
