ORDER

This writ petition is filed by the President of Semmarikulam Panchayat as against the posting of the fourth respondent as Secretary to the petitioner Panchayat, on the ground that the fourth respondent is having several criminal cases to her credit. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents 1 to 3 and the learned Counsel appearing for the fourth respondent submitted that the fourth respondent has been posted in Kuthiraimozhi Panchayat, in view of the objections raised by the petitioner panchayat. Learned Counsel for the fourth respondent has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.In view of the aforesaid submission and the endorsement so made, this writ petition stands closed, as no further order is required to be passed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
