The petitioner is seeking re-issuance of passport. It is seen that there are some proceedings pending against the writ petitioner but then they have not matured into calendar cases. They are only at the First Information Report Stage. It appears that one of the proceedings is under Section 107 Cr.P.C., while the other is under Section 110 Cr.P.C.
