Heard Mr.K.Muthu Ganesa Pandian, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Shaji Bino, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

2.This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order vide RC.A3/21424//2019 dated 04.11.2019 passed by the second respondent and set aside the same as illegal and consequently, direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner forthwith with all consequential benefits.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the order of suspension as against the petitioner has https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD)No.5577 of 2020 been revoked.

4.The said submission of the learned Special Government Pleader is recorded.

5.In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
