PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to pass an order of speedy disposal of H.M.O.P No.127 of 2018 pending before the Family Judge, Madurai within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the learned Judge, Family Court, Madurai to dispose the H.M.O.P.No.127 of 2018 within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.It is the case of the petitioner that H.M.O.P.No.127 of 2018 is filed in the year 2018 and therefore, the petitioner seeks speedy disposal of the case.

3.Since the case is pending from the year 2018, the learned Judge, Family Court, Madurai, is directed to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.127 of 2018 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed.No costs.
