(Crime No.415 of 2012) : Respondent/Respondent/ Complainant Prayer: Criminal Revision Case is filed under Section 397 r/w 401 of Criminal Procedure Code, to call for the records pertaining to the order passed by the Learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Bodinayakanur, Theni District in Crl.M.P.No.4440 of 2015 in Crime No.415 of 2012 vide his order dated 02.09.2015 and set aside the same and consequently direct the Learned Magistrate to return the Currency Notes of R.31,800/- and 58.260 Grams of Gold Jewels kept in the custody of the Learned Magistrate vide R.P.R.No.8 of 2015 in connection with the case in Crime No.415 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, to the Petitioner.
