It is an application seeking a direction to the respondent to expedite investigation and file final report in Cr.No.688 of 2010 pending on the file of the respondent. 2.When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that after completing investigation in Crime No.688 of 2010, charge sheet has been filed in C.C.No.296 of 2012 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Padmanabhapuram.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
