This petition is filed for issuing a direction to the second respondent to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 11.11.2017 and investigate the case in accordance with law.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the complaint given by the petitioner, an FIR has been registered in Crime No.1068 of 2017, for the offences under Sections 448, 294 (b), 323 and 109 of IPC, on 19.12.2017.

3. Recording the said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
