This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction, to direct the respondents to register a case upon the petitioner's complaint dated 06.10.2017.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 06.10.2017, a case has already been registered in Crime No.158 of 2018, for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 447 and 427 I.P.C. on the file of the respondent police. He has also produced a copy of the FIR to that effect.

3. Recording the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
