C.M.P(MD)No.3035 of 2022 ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.P.GUNASEKAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.J.S.MURALI, Advocate on behalf of the 1st Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Court had directed the share of the minor to be kept in fixed deposit while permitting the other claimants to withdraw their share of the compensation. Now, the minor has attained majority and he seeks permission to withdraw his share of compensation, which is lying in Court deposit.
2. The petitioner has been declared as major by order, dated 16.03.2022. Hence, this petition is allowed and the petitioner is permitted to withdraw his share of compensation, which is kept in Court deposit.
