Pleased to set side the Judgment and Decree made in A.S.No.65 of 2017 dt.01/10/2018 on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Dindigul confirming the Judgment and Decree dated 15/04/2016 made in O.S.No.626 of 2010 on the file of the Additional District Munsif Court, Dindigul allow the second appeal. ORDER:- This CMP Petition coming on for orders on this date and under the caption for Extension of time and in the presence of Thiru. G.Suriya Narayanan, AGP for the Petitioner, this Court made the following order:
The petitioners have filed the present petition seeking to extend the time granted in the Judgment and Decree, dated 29.07.2019 passed in S.A(MD)No.250 of 2019 for vacating the lands till 30.12.2021.
2.The learned Additional Government Pleader filed a typedset of papers and the first respondent/the District Collector, Dindigul, seeks six months time to vacate the suit land. 3.In view of the same, this Court is inclined to grant a period of six months and time is granted till 30.06.2022 to comply with the Judgment, dated 29.07.2019.
4.This petition is accordingly ordered.
