Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the first respondent police to provide protection while erect the fencing in Natham Survey No. 79/1 to an extent of 2430 Sq.ft situated in Keelakidaram Village, Ramanathapuram District.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent police to provide protection while erect the fencing in Natham Survey No. 79/1 to an extent of 2430 Sq.ft situated in Keelakidaram Village, Ramanathapuram District.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has filed a suit against the second respondent for declaration and permanent injunction and the suit was decreed in his favour, against which the second respondent preferred an appeal and the same was confirmed. Thereafter the second respondent in wreck vengeance giving life threat to the petitioner, for which the present petition to give police protection.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that if there is any apprehension to his life he can file a petition before the lower court as well as before the respondent police and if any such application is filed, the respondent police will consider the same in accordance with law.
