PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- for Anticipatory bail in Crime No.31 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 294(b), 323, 506(ii) of I.P.C., and 67 of Information Technology Act, 2000, in Crime No.31 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

CRL OP(MD). No.4798 of 2020 petitioner herein has suffered injury and hence, the false case has been foisted against him.

4.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the State submitted that due to inability mood, the petitioner has picked up quarrel and assaulted the defacto complainant. On the date of occurrence, he had uploaded the deformity statement in the facebook against the defacto complainant, who is lady and also produced the printout copy of the same.

5. After perusing the printout and also taking note of the fact that the earlier anticipatory bail was dismissed on 09.03.2020 and the investigation is in preliminary stage, in the absence of any change of circumstances, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail.
