This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to register an FIR against the accused persons based on the petitioner's complaint, dated .05.2017, within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced a copy of the closure report and submitted that based on the complaint of the petitioner, an enquiry was conducted by the third respondent Police and during enquiry, it came to know that the entire cause of action arose within the Districts of Dindigul, Trichy and Chennai and no cause of action has arisen within the territorial jurisdiction of respondents and therefore, the said complaint was closed.
