PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the respondent 1 and 2 not to interfere in Civil disputes based on the Representation dated 14/03/2022. For Petitioner : Mr.KA.Raamakrishnan For Respondents : Mr.R.M.Anbunithi No.1 & 2 Additional Public Prosecutor

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondent 1 and 2 not to interfere in Civil disputes based on the Representation dated 14/03/2022.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 13.03.2022. The same is recorded.

3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass her.

4.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
