This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner in connection with Crime NO. 27 of 2016 on the file of the third respondent.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, would submit that the petitioners are accused in Cr.No.27 of 2016 and hence there is no question of harassment by the respondent police.
