ORDER

Seeking for a direction to the respondents to follow the distant norms by residential status, as stipulated in the notice of the first respondent, dated 06.02.2019, for the appointment of Anganwadi workers at Sengundrapuram Village, Viruthunagar District, the present writ petition came to be filed.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that one C.Rekha has already been appointed as Anganwadi Worker on 26.02.2019 and to that effect, the second respondent has also filed a counter affidavit.

4.The learned Counsel for the petitioner is refuting the said submission. However, he seeks liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said appointment.

5.Recording the submission so made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, the writ petition is closed, by directing the respondents to serve a copy of the aforesaid order of appointment, to the petitioner within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, so as to enable her to challenge the same, if she is so advised, in the manner known to law. No costs.
