Respondent/ de-facto Complainant Prayer :- This Criminal Original petition filed under section 482 of Cr.P.C.,to call for the records and quash the proceedings of Sc.No.3/2010 on the file of the Sub Court Kovilpatti, Thoothukudi District, and pass such other and further orders ORDER:- This Criminal Original petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing earlier order of this Court dated 26/04/2022, and direct the Court below to dispose the of the Case in S.C No.3 of 2010, with in a period of two months, and the requisition letter dated 02.08.2022 in D.No.1524 of 2022, submitted by the Subordinate Judge, Kovilpatti, this Court made the following order:

This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in S.C.No.3 of 2010.

2. This Court has already dismissed the Criminal Original Petition, by the order, dated 26.04.2022 and directed the Court below to dispose of the case in S.C.No.3 of 2010, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Now, the Court below requests further time of three months to dispose of the said case.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the letter dated 02.08.2022, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, three months time is granted from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for disposing the case in S.C.No.3 of 2010 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

and it is made clear that no further time will be granted by this Court, since the matter is of the year 2010.
